Planning Process & Ongoing Support
Our Estate Planning Process in Oklahoma Is Built on Education, Not Pressure
At our firm, we don't just tell you what you need-we teach you how to make the right decisions for your family. Our planning process starts with a full hour of education. No pressure. No assumptions. Just clear, practical guidance so you can choose the plan that fits your life.
We believe you're the expert on your family. We're here to show you your legal options and steer you through the process with clarity, care & confidence.
What to Expect from Our Planning Process
You Deserve a Plan That's Informed, Empowered & Yours
Here's how we work:
- Step 1: We Listen
Your first call or consultation is about understanding your family, your concerns, and your goals. - Step 2: We Educate
We spend the entire first session teaching you the legal tools available under Oklahoma law-so you're equipped to make your own informed decisions. - Step 3: You Choose Your Plan
No pressure, no one-size-fits-all pitch. We walk you through the options and explain the tradeoffs, then give you space to decide what works best. - Step 4: We Draft & Review
Once you choose a plan, we draft every document and review it with you in plain language-so you fully understand what you're signing. - Step 5: We Deliver & Support
You'll receive a physical binder and digital access to your plan, plus access to free updates & check-ins.
Why This Approach Works
Most Lawyers Want to Sound Smart-We'd Rather Make Sure You Feel Smart
When people work with us, they often say:
- "No one's ever explained this to me that clearly."
- "Now I actually understand what a trust does."
- "That was the first legal meeting that made sense."
We take the time to:
- Translate legal terms into real-life language
- Give you context, not just instructions
- Answer the hard questions without judgment
- Make planning feel doable, not overwhelming
We serve families across Oklahoma City, Edmond, Moore & beyond. Wherever you are in the state, this is how we work.

- Optional annual check-ins to keep your plan current
- Lifetime access to our firm's guidance if your situation shifts
- Flat-fee structure so you're never worried about being billed for a question
Whether you get married, welcome a new child, lose a loved one, or just change your mind-we'll help your plan stay aligned with your values.
How long does the whole process take?
From your first consultation to signed documents, most plans are completed within 4-6 weeks-depending on your pace and preferences.

It's 60-90 minutes focused on education. You'll learn how wills, trusts, guardianship, and powers of attorney work-then decide what makes sense for your family.
Do you offer payment plans?

Can I update my plan later?
